These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and virtual card services.
By accessing or using ZikCards.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
1. Definitions
“Service” refers to the sale and management of virtual cards, wallet services, and related tools provided through ZikCards.com.
“User”, “you”, and “your” refer to anyone who accesses the website or purchases our services.
“Virtual Card” refers to a digital card issued through our third-party card provider.
“Issuer” refers to the licensed financial institution or card provider responsible for card issuance.
2. Eligibility
To use ZikCards, you must:
Be at least 18 years old,
Provide accurate account information,
Not use the service for illegal or prohibited activities,
Agree to identity verification if requested.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these requirements.
3. Services Provided
ZikCards provides:
Virtual card generation
Wallet loading features
Card management dashboard
Transaction tracking
Customer support
Cards are issued and processed through a third-party card provider, not ZikCards directly.
We do not provide banking, lending, or money transmission services.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use the service only for lawful purposes
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Keep your login credentials secure
Not attempt unauthorized access or tampering
Not use cards for gambling, fraud, scams, or restricted merchants
Not resell or redistribute ZikCards products without written permission
Misuse may result in card suspension, account termination, or legal action.
5. Payments & Pricing
All prices displayed on ZikCards.com are final unless stated otherwise.
Accounts are funded with stablecoin sent to a deposit address shown in your dashboard. We never collect or store payment card details.
All purchases must be made using payment methods legally owned by you.
6. Delivery of Virtual Cards
Virtual cards appear in your account dashboard as soon as they are issued. Email, where sent, is a notification rather than the delivery itself.
Delivery times may vary depending on payment verification or system processing.
We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or network issues.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because virtual cards are issued immediately and funded from your balance, the one-off card creation fee is not refundable once a card exists, except where the law requires otherwise.
Refunds may be considered only if:
You were charged for a card that was never issued
The card could not be issued due to a technical fault on our side
Duplicate payment occurred
The card creation fee is not refundable once a card has been issued. The money loaded onto a card is unaffected: closing a card returns its remaining balance to your wallet in full.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice if:
Fraud is suspected
Chargebacks are initiated
False information is provided
Card is used for illegal activities
User violates these Terms
Users remain responsible for all outstanding charges and fees.
9. Identity Verification (KYC/AML)
ZikCards may require users to submit identity verification documents in compliance with:
Fraud prevention
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies
Issuer compliance requirements
Failure to complete verification when requested may result in service limitations or account closure.
10. Prohibited Activities
Users must not use our services for:
Illegal purchases
Money laundering
Gambling (where restricted)
High-risk merchant payments
Hacking or cyber-attacks
Buying or selling stolen information
Pornography involving minors
Fake identity or impersonation
Any activity violating card issuer rules
Violations will lead to immediate termination and report to authorities.
11. Third-Party Services
ZikCards uses third-party providers for:
Card issuing
Payment processing
Identity verification
Cloud hosting
Analytics
We are not responsible for:
Third-party errors
System outages
Their terms of service or privacy practices
Use of ZikCards implies acceptance of those third-party policies.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
ZikCards is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.
We are not responsible for losses caused by user negligence, incorrect data, or unauthorized account access.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
13. No Financial Advice
ZikCards does not provide:
Financial advice
Investment advice
Banking services
Virtual cards are tools for online payments only.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on ZikCards.com, including logos, graphics, software, and text, is the property of Rab Technologies & Traders LLC.
Users may not copy, redistribute, or modify any part of the website without written permission.
15. Modifications to the Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with the new “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of ZikCards means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Disputes are handled as set out in our Dispute Resolution Policy: after our support process, through binding arbitration seated in Wyoming.
