ZikCards sells virtual prepaid cards, which are digital financial tools delivered instantly after payment.

Activatable immediately,
Usable immediately, and
Irreversible once delivered,
all sales are final and non-refundable.

If the virtual card was never generated, delivered, or added to your ZikCards account.
B. Card Activation Failure (Technical Error)

C. Duplicate Payment
If you were charged twice for the same order.
D. Payment Error Confirmed by Our Payment Processor
If our payment partner confirms that a transaction was invalid or incomplete.

3. Situations Where Refunds Are NOT Allowed

The virtual card has been delivered
The virtual card has been viewed or accessed
The virtual card has been used, partially used, or attempted to be used
You change your mind after purchase
You no longer need or want the card
A transaction is declined by a merchant
Funds are frozen or held due to compliance checks
You used incorrect details during checkout
Your bank/payment provider rejects or blocks the purchase
The card was used in prohibited merchant categories
Once a card is delivered or accessed, the product is considered consumed.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing an unauthorized chargeback may result in:
Account suspension
Card deactivation
Loss of future access to ZikCards services
Investigation for fraudulent disputes
We encourage customers to contact support before filing a dispute.
In most cases, our team can resolve issues faster than your bank.
5. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)
