Cookie Policy
Last Updated: 28 September 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how ZikCards, operated by Rab Technologies & Traders LLC, uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit or interact with ZikCards.com.
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept cookies that are not strictly necessary. Until you answer, what is set depends on where you are:
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, advertising cookies are not set unless you choose Accept.
Everywhere else, advertising cookies are set from your first visit, and choosing Decline stops our advertising tags from setting or reading them from then on.
Once you answer, your choice applies wherever you are. The cookies needed to run the site — keeping you signed in and protecting forms — are always set, because the site cannot work without them.
You can change your mind by clearing cookies for this site in your browser and answering again.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website.
They help websites function properly, improve your experience, and track usage for analytics and performance.
Cookies may be:
Session cookies (deleted when you close your browser)
Persistent cookies (remain until manually deleted or expire)
2. How We Use Cookies
ZikCards uses cookies to:
A. Essential Website Functionality
These cookies are necessary for the site to operate, including:
Account login
Page navigation
Secure access to your dashboard
Error-free website operation
You cannot disable these cookies through our platform.
B. Where Visitors Come From
We do not run analytics tools on this website. We set one first-party cookie of our own, zik_src, to learn which search engine, website, advert or partner link brought a visitor, so we can tell which of them bring customers.
It records the referring website's domain (for example google.com, never the full address), whether you arrived from a Google, Microsoft or Facebook advert, any campaign tags in the link, the first page you opened, and the date. It records nothing you type and no personal details. It is read only if you open an account, when it is saved with your account, and it expires after 90 days.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland it is set only after you choose Allow. Everywhere else it is set from your first visit, and choosing Decline deletes it and stops it being set again.
C. Preference Cookies
These cookies remember your choices, such as:
Language settings
Saved preferences
Recent activity
Display options
D. Security & Fraud Prevention
We use cookies to help:
Detect fraudulent behavior
Identify suspicious browser patterns
Protect user accounts
Maintain system integrity
These cookies improve platform safety and compliance.
E. Advertising and Conversion Measurement
We advertise ZikCards on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. Their tags on our website, including the account pages you see after signing in, let each platform tell whether a visit came from one of its ads and whether it led to one of these steps:
Creating an account
Submitting identity verification
A deposit being credited
A card being issued
The tags receive the address of the page you are on and the standard information your browser sends, such as its type and your IP address. We do not send them your name, email address, phone number, deposit amounts, card details or identity documents.
When advertising cookies are allowed, Google and Microsoft set their own cookies to recognise that your visit came from an ad. When they are not, the tags set no cookies and send only a basic signal without them.
Google and Microsoft handle this data under their own privacy statements: How Google uses information from sites that use its services and the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can limit personalised ads from each in Google My Ad Center and Microsoft ad settings.
We do not sell personal data to advertisers.
3. Third-Party Cookies
These third-party services set their own cookies:
Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, as described in section 2E.
Tawk.to live chat, on our public pages only. It loads when you press the chat button, and from then on sets its own cookies to keep your conversation open. It is not used on your account pages.
Cloudflare, which delivers and protects this website, may set cookies needed for security, such as telling people from automated traffic.
All third-party cookies follow their providers' own privacy policies.
4. Managing Cookies
You can control or delete cookies using your browser settings:
You may:
Block cookies
Delete existing cookies
Set alerts before cookies are placed
However, disabling essential cookies may result in:
Website malfunction
Inability to log in
Limited platform functionality
Browser Management Options:
Chrome
Firefox
Safari
Edge
Opera
Each browser has its own cookie management instructions.
5. Do Not Track (DNT) Signals
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” feature.
ZikCards currently does not alter its behavior based on DNT signals because no uniform standard exists.
6. Updates to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy periodically.
Changes will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
