This Risk Disclosure Notice (“Notice”) applies to the use of ZikCards.com, operated by Rab Technologies & Traders LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using ZikCards, you acknowledge and accept the risks described below.
Virtual cards carry certain inherent risks.
You are responsible for understanding these risks before using our services.
1. Deposit and Stablecoin Risks
Accounts are funded by sending stablecoin to a deposit address. This carries risks that do not apply to a card or bank payment, and they are the risks most likely to cost you money permanently.
Sending on the wrong network. A deposit address is specific to one network. Stablecoin sent to it over a different network, or an unsupported asset sent to it at all, will usually not arrive and generally cannot be recovered — by us or by anyone. Check the network before every transfer.
Transfers cannot be reversed. Once a transaction is confirmed on the network it is final. There is no mechanism to undo it, and no party who can undo it on your behalf.
Sending to the wrong address. A mistyped or outdated address sends funds somewhere neither you nor we control. Deposit addresses can change; use the one shown in your dashboard at the time you send.
Stablecoin is not guaranteed. A stablecoin holds its value through arrangements made by its issuer, not through any guarantee from us, a bank, or a government. If it loses its peg, the value of a balance held in it can fall. That is outside our control.
Network conditions. Confirmation times and network fees vary with congestion and are set by the network, not by us.
2. No Guarantee of Merchant Acceptance
Virtual cards may not be accepted by all online merchants or platforms.
Merchant acceptance policies vary and are controlled solely by the merchant.
We cannot guarantee that:
A specific merchant will accept your card
A transaction will be successful
A merchant will allow prepaid or virtual cards
You are responsible for ensuring the merchant accepts the card type before making a payment.
3. Transaction Risks
Transactions made using ZikCards virtual cards may fail due to:
Merchant restrictions
Incorrect card details
Insufficient funds
Currency mismatches
Fraud checks
High-risk merchant categories
Network or system errors outside our control
These failures do not entitle you to refunds unless covered by our Refund Policy.
4. Service Availability Risks
Our platform relies on:
Third-party card issuers
Payment processors
Hosting providers
Network infrastructure
Service interruptions, delays, or downtime may occur due to factors beyond our control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability.
5. Fraud & Security Risks
While we implement strict security measures, there are risks associated with online activity, including:
Unauthorized account access
Funds moved out of an account by someone who has gained access to it
Phishing attempts
Account takeover
Use of stolen identities
You are responsible for securing your login credentials and notifying us immediately of suspicious activity.
6. Regulatory & Compliance Risks
ZikCards must comply with:
KYC/AML regulations
Card issuer rules
Risk scoring systems
Merchant category restrictions
As a result, we may:
Request identity verification
Freeze or restrict cards
Delay or block certain transactions
Decline service based on risk assessment
Close accounts involved in questionable activity
These actions are taken for security and compliance reasons.
7. Currency & Conversion Risks
If your card is used in a different currency:
Conversion rates may fluctuate
Foreign transaction fees may apply
Final merchant charges may differ from estimated amounts
These variations are outside our control.
8. Chargeback & Dispute Risks
If you initiate a chargeback:
Your account may be suspended
Virtual cards may be disabled
Additional verification may be required
Future access to ZikCards may be denied
Fraudulent disputes may be reported to payment networks and authorities.
9. User Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that:
You use ZikCards at your own risk
You must ensure all usage complies with laws and regulations
You are responsible for verifying merchant compatibility
You must avoid high-risk or restricted activities
You must follow the Terms & Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy
Failure to do so may result in service restrictions or account termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rab Technologies & Traders LLC is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Merchant declines
Lost profits
System failures
User error
Unauthorized account access
Service interruptions caused by third parties
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
11. Updates to This Notice
We may update this Risk Disclosure Notice at any time.
The revised version will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.
