This Delivery Policy explains how digital products (virtual prepaid cards) purchased through ZikCards.com, operated by Rab Technologies & Traders LLC, are processed and delivered.

Because ZikCards sells digital, non-physical products, delivery operates differently from traditional shipping.


1. Type of Products Delivered

ZikCards provides virtual prepaid cards delivered digitally through:

Your ZikCards account dashboard

Email notifications (when applicable)

No physical cards or mail deliveries are involved.


2. Delivery Timeframe

A. Instant or Near-Instant Delivery

In most cases, virtual cards are delivered:

Immediately, or
Within a few minutes after payment confirmation.

This depends on:

Payment approval

Fraud checks

System load

Card issuer processing time

B. Delayed Delivery (Rare cases)

Delivery may take longer if:

Payment is flagged for manual review

KYC verification is required

System maintenance or outage occurs

Card issuer delays processing

Payment is pending or under review

In such cases, delivery may take:

Up to 24 hours

You will be notified if additional information is needed.


3. Delivery Method

Virtual prepaid cards are delivered through:

A. User Dashboard

Once payment is successful, your card will appear in:

ZikCards Dashboard → My Cards

B. Email

A notification email may be sent confirming that the card is ready.


4. Failed Delivery

Delivery may fail due to:

Incorrect email

Unverified account

Payment failure

Technical issues

Fraud detection triggers

If your product does not appear in the dashboard within 10 minutes, please contact:

We typically respond within 24 hours.


5. Payment Verification Holds

Payments may be temporarily held for:

High-risk transactions

Use of VPN or masked locations

Unusual activity

Mismatched billing information

Duplicate orders

In such cases, delivery will occur only after verification.

You may be asked to provide KYC documents.


6. No Physical Shipping

Since ZikCards operates 100% digitally, we do not offer:

Postal delivery

Courier shipping

Physical pickup

Everything is delivered electronically.


7. Incorrect or Failed Transactions

If a card fails to deliver due to system error, and the issue is confirmed to be on our side, we will:

Re-issue the card, OR

Provide an alternative card, OR

Refund per our Refund Policy

User error (wrong email, wrong purchase, wrong merchant) is not eligible for re-delivery or refund.


8. Delivery Confirmation

A card is considered delivered successfully when:

It appears in the user's dashboard, OR

The card details are accessible, OR

The email confirmation is sent

Once delivered, the product is considered consumed and is non-refundable.
